NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM) OF MEMBERS ONLY
The PPDM™ Annual General Meeting (the “Meeting”) of the members of the PPDM™ Association (the “Society”) will be held virtually on Tuesday, 24 October 2023, beginning at 3:00 pm (UTC - 6) for the following purposes:
- to receive the Board of Directors’ Report
- to receive and consider the financial statements of the Society for the twelve months ended July 31st, 2023 and the auditors’ report thereon
- to appoint auditors of the Society for the ensuing year
- to elect directors to serve for the ensuing year
- to transact such other business as may properly come before the Meeting or any adjournment thereof

As this event is virtual, it's open to members around the world:
This virtual AGM will take place on our the Teams Platform.
It is important that you register 24 hours in advance so you can be
sent the login information - you will receive an email from PPDM™ with the
link the day before, you may need to check your junk mail folder
for the emails. Voting representatives and proxy holders will be sent information as well. For any technical help, please email events@ppdm.org.
