In response to the current economic conditions this year, the Perth Data Management Symposium will be a one day event - August 4, 2016 - and we have highly discounted the registration rates to make it easier to attend.
We invite you to come participate as we work together towards collective
action and community building.
PPDM Association Events are specifically designed to facilitate
collaborative idea sharing, discussion and networking. You can expect to
participate in numerous discussions, workshops and activities. Learn
from your colleagues’ experiences, ask questions, build relationships
and make key face to face connections. Engage in dynamic sessions and
attend information packed presentations.
Please note that our conference fees will be in US Dollars.

Analyst/Technicians, 8% were Executives and 5% were at the
Supervisor/Lead level. You will find a wide variety of data management
professionals at a PPDM Association conference, and many at senior
levels.
Most commonly you will find the following professionals in attendance:
~ Data / Information Architects
~ IT Managers
~ Data Analysts
~ Data Managers
~ Business Development Managers
~ Directors, Principles & Advisors

~ GIS Analysts
~ Geophysicists
~ Geoscientists
Why Attend?
The 2016 Perth Data Management Symposium is a great opportunity for individuals in the petroleum data
management industry, from Data Analysts to CEOs, to find out what is new
in the industry, share experiences and knowledge, and network with
peers and colleagues. Our conferences are more than just our data model, but an opportunity to be a part of the Data Management Community and keep up to date with the latest and greatest.
Agenda & Schedule
The final agenda is now available! Abstracts are also available for review.
Please note that all speakers will be offered a 50% discount on the registration price. Speakers must register at least one month in advance of the event to retain their speaking spot.
Please note, PPDM Conferences and Seminars are designed to inform and
educate the data management community. An objective, technical
presentation that meets the educational needs of the audience will do
the best job of enhancing the credibility of the speaker, the speaker's
employer, and the PPDM Association. Speakers may include their company
name or logo on visual and hand out materials, and the speaker's
affiliation will be announced in written materials. Speakers should
avoid any appearance of commercialism in their session. As a general
guideline, speakers from companies that sell products or services should
focus on the business problem that the product or service solves.
Speakers from firms selling industry products and services are expected
not to focus on their company's products or capabilities during the
presentation as there are sponsorship levels that would allow for
promotional purposes.
