18th Annual Australia – Asia Pacific PPDM Workshop

It’s 2026, the “big crew change” has happened in the oil and gas industry, the AI “singularity” is so near it may be here already, and our operations are leaner and more efficient than ever, thanks to a broad range of productivity tools and technologies.  Coincidentally, the energy transition is accelerating, but its success does not depend on technology only: it depends on how effectively we capture, share, and apply knowledge across the industry. 

This year’s Asia Pacific Energy Data Workshop is hosted by the Australian branch of the PPDM Association in Perth, Western Australia and its theme is: Knowledge-Driven Efficiency in the Energy Transition. 
It will bring together professionals from across the energy ecosystem to explore how better data, better knowledge management, and better collaboration can unlock new efficiencies.

From seasoned experts to early-career professionals, participants will have the opportunity to exchange insights, present practical experiences, and build the professional networks needed to navigate this period of profound change. Whether you are developing new digital tools, managing complex energy assets, or shaping the next generation of energy systems, your perspective matters.
