Acknowledgement

The DANR Hub Subscription is an annual subscription payable in USD to the PPDM Association. Invoices will be produced upon receipt and review of the subscription form. Cancellations and refunds will be in adherence to the PPDM Association Terms and Conditions. Subscriber and primary contact information may be changed at any time and will be updated within five-to-ten business days. Subscriptions will take effect upon receipt of payment. Payment may be issued by cheque, wire, or credit card.
