Presentation

Kate Stevenson & Leo Oei, Stonebridge Consulting
will present a talk entitled "Asset Data Management as a Cost-Savings Tool"

Asset management in the field is often an overlooked area. In the current market climate, however, companies are looking for ways to streamline costs, find immediate LOE savings, and look for inventive ways to avoid capital costs. In this presentation, we will explore how oil and gas companies can streamline their asset inventories to:
• Find immediate cost savings through identification of surplus and end-of-life equipment
• Gain visibility to the value of assets located on well sites, company yards and third-party locations
• Enable material transfer and cost-reduction opportunities
• Avoid Capex costs through visibility of existing asset inventory
• Ensure execution for accurate well costs

Kate Stevenson is a managing director at Stonebridge Consulting. Ms. Stevenson has 20 years’ experience in the upstream oil and gas industry. Before joining Stonebridge in 2013, she held senior positions at Devon Energy, SandRidge Energy, and Chesapeake Energy. Leo Oei is a managing director at Stonebridge Consulting. Mr. Oei has more than 20 years of experience in supply chain and logistics operations. Before joining Stonebridge, he was director of operations services at Tapstone Energy
