With the current economic conditions being as they are, we understand that attending events and conferences can be challenging. This year, we are introducing a Virtual Registration option for the 2016 Houston Data Management Symposium & Tradeshow. There are two different experiences available:
Webinar Experience
In the style of traditional Webinar, attendees will be given login information to attend a WebEx conference with the PowerPoints and audio for the attendees to take in. A volunteer at the Symposium will conduct the WebEx and will ask questions when possible from those who use the 'chat' feature within the WebEx.
For those unable to attend two full days of sessions, options are available for one or two presentations only as well.
Webinar Plus Robot Experience
Virtual Attendees who sign up for the Webinar Plus Robot Experience will get the same Webinar experience during the presentations, with the added benefit of experiencing PPDM's new Telepresence Robot during key breaks and networking events. The Telepresence Robot interacts with individuals in real time, providing a more interactive experience. Individuals who sign up for this level will have the ability to ask questions and get real time answers from attendees, and will be interacting with the Exhibitors at our Tradeshow to find out what they do. There are only 5 Robot Experiences available, so sign up for this now before it fills up! Please note, the Robot Experience will be as a viewer only, so a speaker and good internet connection will be needed to participate. As there are concurrent Break Out Sessions on April 12, the Webinar will only run the Introductory Sessions.
