Short Biography: Reishin Toolsi is a recognized leader in the Energy industry, with regards to Data and AI. This position has allowed him to combine his passion for AI with his expertise in the connected energy ecosystem, therefore leading the effort of simplifying the way Databricks clients access and use data.

Short Biography: Keisha Beasley is the Founder of B2 Innovates in Houston, TX. She is an accomplished energy and technology leader with more than 20 years of experience in operations management, product ownership, data governance, leading data management teams, and digital transformation across the energy sector. She has led enterprise wide implementations of energy data solutions and regulatory compliance platforms for organizations including Chevron, BP, and Sword Group. Her expertise spans product lifecycle management, AI driven analytics, ESG reporting, and cross functional team leadership.

Keisha serves on the PPDM Association’s Houston Leadership Team and is an active member of the SUPERGirls SHINE Foundation. She also volunteers with the Energy Education Foundation, supporting STEM learning engagements and their Career Inspiration and Connections program to expand awareness of energy sector careers. In addition to her industry leadership, Keisha is a STEM educator and consultant for Houston Independent School District who designs hands on learning experiences and curriculum through B2 Innovates that strengthen the energy education pipeline and inspire the next generation of innovators.
